The main structure is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and the outer shell is made of ABS plastic.

Theme color with medical white. The handle, and accessory with lake blue. Color can also be customized.

Workbench

The arc design is conducive to the user's safe control, and the wrap-around front and rear handles are used to facilitate the user's push and pull. The overall closed design prevents dust from entering and facilitates disinfection and cleaning.

Workbench lifting

Automatically raise and lower the workbench easily and smoothly with your fingertips. Lifting height ≥ 25 cm.

Monitor or AIO stand

The monitor or all-in-one stand can be raised and lowered independently and rotated in multiple directions. Rotate 360° left and right, tilt up and down 60°

Operation Authority Setting

Management level: Set available personnel, workstation passwords, adjust response time, etc.

Usage level: Personal login password can be changed. Operation using the given workstation password.

Users can log in the system by type in PW, or scan badge (interconnected with the user's system)

DC power output

The workstation comes with 2 or more DC power outputs (can be expanded to 4 channels according to customer requirement). Each output port provides 5~26VDC continuously adjustable.

USB Extension

The system comes standard with 4 USB ports and can be expanded with more.

Keyboard & Mouse Drawer

Push the keyboard drawer to open. The height and angle of the keyboard can be adjusted. There are mouse holders on both sides of the keyboard tray, which can be pulled out for easy operation by the left or right hand.

Cable management

Except for the spiral spring power cord and the AIO connection line, all other cables are designed to be hidden. Equipped with wireless keyboard and mouse.

Casters

Option 1: Four 4" swivel casters, 2 of which have brakes.

Option 2: Two 6" fixed casters & two 4" swivel casters with brakes.

Modular Design

The workstation is composed of main modules such as base, lifting frame, workbench, AIO and medicine cassette (optional). Different modules can be selected according to actual needs to facilitate later upgrade and maintenance.

2、Medicine box Configuration

Replaceable Medicine Drawer

The workstations with 4 or more drawers, each drawer box can be easily removed from the drawer frame for easy disinfection and cleaning. The accessory basket can also be easily disassembled and cleaned.

Multiple locking mechanisms

Each drawer of the medicine box can be controlled by the central control screen with electronic lock and a three-position mechanical lock.

Three control states of mechanical lock

1. Each drawer can be opened by clicking the corresponding icon on the central control screen and closed manually (the mechanical key is at 12 o'clock, normally open)

2. Each drawer is locked, and the central control panel cannot be opened (turn the key to the 9 o'clock position. Normally closed, used for anesthetic storage);

3. Unlock and open each drawer (turn the key to the 3 o'clock position to open all drawers. Normally open, used for unlocking due to lack of power).

Semi-automatic drawer control

Click on the drawer that needs to be opened on the central control screen, and the corresponding drawer will automatically pop up and be pushed in to close manually.

Drawer control interface Expansion

The workstation has reserved drawer function expansion interfaces to facilitate adding drawers later according to actual needs and improve the scalability of the ward rounds.

Options for medicine box Module

The medicine box is an independent unit and can be equipped with different options.

1. The medicine box is equipped with four standard drawers (AL2104 for example).

2. or combination with a wide drawer (AL2101).

3. or no medicine box (AL1000).

Battery type and capacity

Lithium iron phosphate battery. Capacity ≥460WH.

Battery status display

The remaining battery power, charging status, etc. can be clearly displayed on the central control screen.

Power management

Integrated with an efficient power management system, the charging time is within 3 hours, allowing the Nurse Workstation to work continuously for more than 8 hours.

Power protection system

The power supply is designed with multiple protection measures to ensure safety under conditions such as power overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and battery over discharge.

Low battery sound reminder

The system makes a sound prompting that the battery needs to be charged.

Safety

After charging, the maximum voltage of the whole machine is 36V DC, ensuring personal safety.

Repair

The overall power supply system can be easily disassembled and installed (four screws, two plugs) for easy replacement.
